Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
